Personality/History: The daughter of one of the residents of the Victorian resort that was the First City, Eliza had a good, but boring life. Surrounded by all of the happy, hard-working people, she learned to hate them all, as she was never happy and detested work. Unfortunately, she came under the king’s eye and was sent to the Second City. However, she hated the inability to find privacy and ended up being taken to the King. It was then that her talents for picking out just what terrified others and erasing tiny bits of memories came to light and she was put in charge of her beloved home town.  It was her idea for the testing in the White Room. What better way to determine how to really keep your peons in line?

Residents of the First City, this is your mayor, but she travels to the other cities as well to get a better feel of all the new residents under her liege’s command.

If you’re bold enough to talk to her, she speaks in an archaic form of English that might confuse you, if she’s feeling mischievous. Any attempts to harm her will make you face your greatest fear, again. A second attempt will have you captured by the King’s forces for “reprogramming”. How do you think the residents of the second city became so “happy”?

So, tread lightly around her. She’s rather nice, but her temper isn’t so much. Just ask her family.  They run the local real estate office, with no idea who she is anymore. (The word sociopath would work for her. Just don't say it to her face.)
